It's time for another Sport-Post!
Today I want to talk about the High Intensity Training, short HIT. This sport consists of alternating stress and relaxing phases that occur in intervals. So you train 50 seconds very physical distressing and have afterwards a rest of 10 seconds, then the cycle repeats. The distressing phases themselves are characterized by different exercises, including exercises with weights, sit-ups and many more. Through this combination, the HIT strengthens the whole body, promotes flexibility and helps to build muscles and burn calories. The training was dead beated and I hardly finished it. A really hard workout.
Have you ever been dead beated by a sport? And what is your opinion about HIT?
